"A decent hotel should at least feel decent to stay in. Sadly this one completely failed on that front. Let me be clear first. The rooms are okay for the price point. Nothing great nothing terrible. The restaurant staff and waiters are also fine and polite. Special mention to room service boy Manik for his prompt service and helpful attitude. He actually did his job well. Now the real problem and the reason this place is absolutely not worth staying at is the front desk staff MR. SHARMA. I genuinely do not understand why the management is keeping someone like him at the reception? He looks completely uninterested in his job and honestly brings the entire reputation of the hotel down. He gives off extremely uncomfortable and creepy vibes. He seems mentally absent most of the time. When you say something to him he takes atleast 10 seconds to even process basic conversation ! Despite me politely asking for room cleaning and even leaving the key at the reception my room was not cleaned at all. On top of that he did not provide the complimentary breakfast even after I personally asked him about it twice. It felt like talking to a wall. During my check in there was a couple checking out and the way he was staring at the woman while she was leaving was highly inappropriate and made the whole area feel uncomfortable. As a guest it was very disturbing to witness. Check in itself was a nightmare. He could not even find my booking in the reservation system and took around twenty minutes to check me in.Please check the cctv to confirm the same. I CHECKED IN AT 6 PM IN THE EVENING of 6th Jan 2026.In the end I had to help him locate my own booking. This is basic front desk work and he clearly does not know how to handle it. Because of this man my two night stay was extremely uncomfortable. The entire atmosphere felt negative and awkward. A front desk sets the tone for a hotel and this guy completely ruins it. I personally operate five luxury Airbnb studio apartments and I can say this with experience. Hospitality is a service business and reputation takes a lot of effort to build and seconds to destroy. Staff like this can seriously damage a hotel. I would have easily given this place a three star rating based on rooms and other staff. But only and only because of Mr Sharma I am giving it one star. Management seriously needs to replace him or remove him from the front desk if they care about their hotel’s reputation. Request to the management that instead of giving a generic response to my review pls work on proper front desk staff.Your hotel is a decent one but due to creepy people like Mr. Sharma , things get bad for reputation. Not worth the mental discomfort at all."

"Worst experience one can get. Booked it just because it is a part of Fab hotels. First shock is after reaching the hotel, they said the rooms are not available. I said I have a confirmed booking for these days, but they are not ready to entertain and asked me to deal with the booking site. Worst part is, a local guy approaches me telling he has rooms in the same hotel for same days and can give me one for double the charges. Next, I have booked my room with breakfast. But even after asking them for food for 10 times and waiting for more than a hour, they didn't give it, telling it's getting ready (till 10 am). When asked for water, They gave water filled in used bottles."

"I requested an early check-in, but they directly refused, saying no rooms were available. However, the moment I offered extra money, they immediately agreed. The room’s AC and TV were not working at all. The breakfast is completely gimmicky—no clarity on when it is served; even by 11 AM it wasn’t provided. Very disappointing experience."

"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room key was not lost, but the hotel did not have a duplicate key available, which is their responsibility. Instead of handling the situation properly, the staff behaved rudely and tried to put the blame on me. A hotel must have backup keys and proper management, but here guests are made to face issues due to their poor system. Very unprofessional behavior and zero hospitality. I do not recommend staying here."

"Hardly any water flow in wash room. Dirty bed linens. Half burnt alu paratha for breakfast. Bathroom shower non operational. A black cat was roaming around freely in 2nd floor. Need more reasons?"
